Garlic (Allium sativum) — Premium Culinary & Processing Grade

Our premium garlic is selected from well-matured bulbs, offering a robust, pungent aroma and
a clean, spicy flavor that mellows and sweetens on cooking. Suitable for food processing,
wholesale retail, hospitality and institutional kitchens, this garlic is ideal for fresh use,
crushing, paste production, flakes, powder, and pickling. Carefully sorted and cleaned to
remove foreign matter, each lot is inspected for uniformity of size, firmness, and freshness.

Key Features

  • Fresh, fully-matured bulbs with strong natural aroma and flavor.
  • Uniform sizing and high clove to bulb ratio — easy to peel and process.
  • Minimum foreign matter and mechanical damage; tested for moisture and purity.
  • Available in bulk cartons, mesh bags, or retail packaging on request.
  • Ideal for processors (powder/flake), restaurants, grocery chains, and exporters.

Applications

Use in sauces, marinades, soups, stews, stir-fries, roasted vegetable mixes, compound butters,
salad dressings and value-added products (garlic oil, garlic paste, seasoned salts). Also
excellent for industrial drying to produce garlic powder and granules.

Storage & Handling

Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight. Ideal storage
temperature: 0–4°C (32–39°F) for short-term cold storage or 10–15°C
with low humidity (60–70% RH) for longer shelf life. Avoid refrigeration below 0°C to prevent
freezing damage; keep away from strong ethylene producers (e.g., apples) to preserve quality.

Quality Assurance

Each shipment is inspected and certified for quality parameters including moisture, bulb
integrity, absence of foreign matter, and absence of microbial contamination. We follow
Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and recommended post-harvest handling to maintain
traceability and safety.
